If GASTROLUX DISTRIBUTION CANADA INC. has to replace an item that is no longer available; GASTROLUX DISTRIBUTION CANADA INC. will replace it by another item of equivalent or superior value.
"TITAN 2001" RESIDUAL WARRANTY
If during the residual warranty, meaning between the sixth and the twentieth year of the purchase date of your "TITAN 2001" cookware, it becomes necessary to repair an item covered by the warranty, GASTROLUX DISTRIBUTION CANADA INC. will repair this item for a specific charge mentioned below, plus shipping fees. However, it is understood that this replacement or repair does not extend the current or begin a new warranty.
"TITAN 2001" WARRANTY
Your "TITAN 2001" cookware has been manufactured by highly specialized craftsman who only use the best materials. "TITAN 2001" is guaranteed not to crack, peel or blister for twenty (20) years from the purchase date (see warranty schedule below). The non-stick properties will not decrease over time if properly maintained and cleaned.

Total Warranty Period (Years): 20
No Charge Warranty Period (Years): 5
Repair or Replacement Charges After the No Charge Warranty Period: 1/20 of the price multiplied by the number of years since the purchase.
EXCLUSIONS
·The "TITAN 2001" warranty does not cover glass lids, except for heat damage.
·The "TITAN 2001" warranty does not cover damage or destruction caused by misuse, abuse, accident, overheating, alteration or commercial use.
·The "TITAN 2001" warranty does not cover stains, discoloration, starch marks or dents.
·The "TITAN 2001" warranty does not cover scratches made by metallic utensils.
However, these scratches will not affect non-stick properties of your "TITAN 2001" cookware.
GASTROLUX DISTRIBUTION CANADA INC. reserves the right to refuse the warranty on any product that has not been maintained in accordance with manufacturer instructions.
The "TITAN 2001"warranty is limited to the cookware purchase price.
